Refund Policy

I want you to love what you buy. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days.

Original Paintings
Paintings can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please email me before sending a return so I can share the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued once the painting arrives back safely.

If your painting arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the painting and packaging, and I'll make it right.

Commissioned paintings are custom made and are not refundable.

Online Courses
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are limited to one per customer. Once a refund is issued, course access is removed.

How to Request a Refund
Email briana@brianawest.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
